One double room is available in a friendly flat - in a building that’s located directly on the Thames. The flat has two toilets and one bathroom, a bright living room with a juliette balcony, and a separate eat-in kitchen. There is a communal roof terrace offering a stunning view of the river and city, as well as a downstairs deck much closer to the water.

Room features a large three-door inbuilt wardrobe and comes furnished with a bed. It’s East facing, with a gorgeous view of the river and sky to wake up to every morning!

You’ll be joining 3 other lovely girls, who come from a range of different backgrounds (both personal and professional). We love to occasionally get cosy on the sofa for a movie, wine, takeaway but equally have our own busy lives!

Only 5-10 mins walk to Canada Water tube, 2 mins walk to Rotherhithe overground and 381+C10 buses. Only a 30 min walk to London Bridge!

Please note: L&Q, the agency who run this building have a list of requirements for the new tenants to fulfil. Please only apply if you tick all of the following boxes:

- be employed full-time on a permanent contract (students with guarantors are not accepted)
- earn a minimum of 28,500/year
- have the right to rent in the UK
- Passport – physical copy to be shown at our office in West Ham Lane.
- Right to rent share code (for those who do not hold a Bristish Passport)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (Utility bill, council tax bill, P60, NHS letter, Polling Card or HMRC Letter is accepted only – No other documents can be accepted)
- Last three months bank statements (six if self employed)
- Last three months payslips (Employment contract if started new job within the last month)
