Looking for somebody to take over my room (SE16)

Looking for somebody to fill my cozy little room by the River Thames (SE16) in a 3 BD Flat!! I have loved living here but looking for somewhere else in London I can explore.

Dates: Can move in between 13 and 18 July 🙂 Can be flexible for before but has to be by the 18th at the latest.

The Flat: On a super quiet street, pub nearby and lots of greenery. You are literally 1 min walk away from the Thames and Thames Path, right next to the ferry across to Canary Wharf (which takes 1 whole minute) and the C10 and 381 go right past for you to get to London Bridge in under 25 mins. Jubilee Line is about a 20 min walk away too. The flat is very cozy with a little living room and a kitchen w/ microwave and an airfryer. The flat is privately owned (no letting agents!) and the landlords are truly lovely people who have not put the rent up for us. Tesco Local is 2 mins walk away and there’s also a Coop just do wn the road (10 mins walk away)... It’s about 45 mins walk to Tower Bridge too!! Flat has a washer and dryer and there’s a little garden space too.

There is also a parking space!! We don’t use it but the landlord can help you get it set up

Rent is £933.33 a month and bills (wifi, power, water and council tax) come to £122 🙂 Deposit is £933.33. If you move in after 1 July we can pro-rata both rent and bills.

The room: Ensuite with a nice big shower, double bed w/ storage and wardrobe. You enter the ensuite via the wardrobe which I really love haha. Furnished with bed, mattress and bedside table. It’s cool in the summer and warm in the winter which I loveeeeee.

Flatmates: Ruby and Ashleigh are both kiwis in their late 20s who work in London in culture and heritage. The flat is chatty but quiet so ideal for keeping to yourself and decompressing after a hard day at work!!
