Two double bedrooms with bathroom each

Hello!

My flatmate and I are moving out of our wonderful flat and are needing to find people to take over our rooms. We are looking for two young women between 19-25, either individually or as a pair of friends to take these rooms.

About the flat:
- Three bedrooms (1 room already occupied) each with their own bathroom (no sharing at all!)
- A living room
- A kitchen with dining table
- Outside space!
- Car park
- Washer and dryer
- Quiet area

Lovely and safe area! The Thames is literally across the road, and there are lots of green spaces around. Buses C10 and 381 close by and 20 minute walk to Canada Water which has Jubilee and Windrush line as well as a Sainsbury’s and big Tesco. 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus to Rotherhithe station for the Windrush line. Small Tesco express and Co-Op 5 minute walk away. Canary wharf is a 2 minute ferry ride away.

We’ve really loved our time at this flat and are sad to be leaving but so excited to pass the rooms to new tenants who can enjoy the flat and the area like we have.

Room 1:
Double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Small ensuite. Space for a desk.
£933.33 + bills

Room 2:
Double bed with under bed storage. Massive built-in wardrobes and a set of drawers. The main bathroom belongs to this room for your use only.

You rent directly from a landlord, no agencies involved. They are very kind and helpful.

The remaining flatmate is Vai, she’s 23 and working in Canary Wharf. She’s looking for friendly people who are happy to chat but also okay with having their own space and downtime.
