Hi! I am Paola (Italian), I live with my boyfriend Keil (English) and we are looking for a friendly flatmate (or couple) to join us in our home on the river.

The flat includes:

* Double room (unfurnished with the exception of a large wardrobe and potentially the double-bed), communal area is part-furnished.
* Primary use of the main bathroom
* Great sized kitchen that looks into the spacious living room with exposed brick
* Concierge
* Residents' gym, pool, jacuzzi & sauna
* Secure bike storage
* Underground parking
* Local pub: The Mayflower

Water included
Council Tax (Band E): ~£200/month (if you are also a student the flat will be exempt from council tax)
Wi-Fi: £32/month
Electricity: around £200 month in winter (less in summer)

*Bills are shared across the whole flat.*

A bit about us:

We both work in fashion and I am starting a Master's degree in Fashion Sustainability in September.
We like old cool stuff so we are always up for strolling a flea market or watching re-runs at the Prince Charles.

We are sociable and easy-going people, but also keep the flat very clean and expect the communal areas to be respected.
