Ensuite bedroom (including private toilet and a bath)for 1 person (no couple please)in a 3 bebroom flat. The room is fully furbished with a brand new bed and mattress, a wardrobe, 2 chests of draw, a desk and a chair. And the view on the river, amazing!!!

The flat has 2 others bedrooms and 1 other bathroom shared by 2 lovely man (John and Chris).

You share a nice 1 living-dining room (2 sofas, 1 big TV screen, table and 4 chairs) and a kitchen full equiped (fridge, hoven, microwave, washing machine-dryer, induction) with one of the best view on the river, the Thames walking path and Canary wharf.

The atmosphere in the flat is very friendly, everybody lives his own life but we like to have nice evening catch uo or movies night sometimes.

Brodaband available and Sky TV.
Bills including water, electricity, gas, broadbrand and Council tax are around £105.

The property has a commun garden area and a tennis court for free when you want.

A gym is available next door in Hilton Hotel for £45/month including swimming pool.

Bus C10 stop just in front of the property to go from Canada water to Victoria. Bus 381 is 3 min walk. Canada water station, Bermondsey and Rotherthithe station are the closest stations.

In Canada water, you have a shopping centre including Tesco and Sainsbury's and Surrey Quays leisure centre including restaurant, bowling and cinema.

No more to say, this flat is amazing in every point and everybody will be jealous when they will come to visit you (like all our friends now)! I'm leaving because I'm coming back to France, if not, I would stay forever!
