4 mins walk to Greenland Dock (river ferry to Canary Wharf or St Katharine’s Dock)
8 mins walk to the Hilton ferry to Canary Wharf
12 mins scenic walk via Greenland Dock to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre (Tesco Superstore) and tube
5 mins by bus to Canada Water (15 min walk)
Easy access to Rotherhithe Overground
Direct buses to London Bridge, Waterloo & Victoria
Surrey Quays docks, nearby woodlands and the Thames path offer great jogging routes. There are also four good local pubs within walking distance.
Despite being so well connected, the area feels peaceful and tucked away.

Occasionally, a friend’s dog may stay.
Looking for a tidy, considerate professional who values a peaceful living environment.
