Large Double Room with en-suite

We have a large en-suite room available in a 5 bed flat. It’s a less than 5 min walk from Rotherhithe overground station and less than 10 minute walk to Canada Water station. The bedroom is fully furnished with wardrobe and drawers. There is a little desk behind one of the drawers that can be put up and down. There is a large cupboard on top on the landing which can also be used for storage along with a small room used for storage on the ground floor bit the room has so much storage it’s not needed.

All housemates have their own bathroom.

The kitchen is a good size. We have a large separate living room with dining area. We also have a lovely little garden out the back.

The rent is £680 per month and bills usually come to about £140 - £150 each when split including electric, gas, internet, water and council tax.

There are 4 girls living in the house. We are looking for sociable and friendly housemate. We like to go out together, watch tv etc but then do our own thing as well but this is not a party house.
