The house is 2.5 miles south of the City and 1.5 miles south of London Bridge (30 minutes walk). Postcode SE16 3JD.
The house is EXCEPTIONALLY quiet and peaceful - no overcrowding or queuing for the bathroom.
The room has a spacious floor-to-ceiling in-built wardrobe with mirror sliding doors with ample storage space; a comfortable orthopaedic double bed with good quality bedding. Bedside table with lamp shade and reading spot light. Plenty of natural light in the room.
You are not required to pay a deposit on the first day, only one month's rent. After two weeks of your move-in, I will collect 50% of one month's rent. This is to give you time to ensure you are happy with the place before committing to additional expenses.

Facilities:
Small kitchen with basic appliances: washing machine (no dryer), microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, oven, and rice cooker.
The kitchen is best suited for simple meal prep, not complex cooking with limited storage space.
Nearby Shops:
24-hour ASDA, Lidl, Tesco, McDonald’s, KFC, B&Q, PC World, Superdrug, and Iceland.
YOU:
Single, mature, discreet, quiet male.
Academic type preferred.
The room is for single occupancy only, I can’t accept men who are partnered.
No working from home (no WFH) - occasionally is acceptable.
This is a gay/LGBT-friendly house, but you don’t have to be gay.
TRANSPORT (zone 2):
Excellent 24 hour public transport to the City and West End which is only 3 miles away.
There are no bicycle parking facilities available in the house or nearby.
