Double room in Canada Water (SE16)

Lovely double room will become available in Zone 2, Canada Water (SE16) from the 18th April. The room is all furnished (double bed, mirrored wardrobe, shelves, couch, bedside table).

The kitchen and the bathroom are shared with 2 other female tenants (aged 34 and 40). There is a back yard and front garden that belong to the flat - they are shared among the three of us.
If you have a car, you can use the parking space behind the house.

You will be sharing with 2 working professionals. We are working long hours and the flat is where we can relax after a long day, so we are looking for a friendly, tidy, reliable person who is considerate of other people's space but who wouldn’t mind hanging out occasionally.
We like wandering around and exploring London, watching TV shows, often go to the cinema together but we also like traveling or going to one of the parks nearby. :)

The rent is £785/person/month.
In addition, the bills - council tax (Band C), electricity, water, internet - are around £150/person/month in average - it's less in the summer and a bit more in the winter months.

About the area:
- Library, Sainsbury’s, huge Tesco, shopping center, Decathlon, pubs are 5-10 minutes by walk
- Leisure center with pool, several gyms nearby are also 5-10 minutes by walk
- the flat is located in a green area with many parks around – there is also a local farm and the Thames nearby
- the Tube (Jubilee line), Overground (Windrush) and bus stations are 3-8 minutes by walk – good connection to central London even at night
- Central London, the City and Stratford are 20 minutes away with public transport. Canary Wharf is 1 stop by tube.
