Looking for a full time female student, for a 5 bedroom town house in a quiet area, with immediate availability. Although the room is not en-suite there is a shower / toilet for the occupants use and which may, very occasionally, be shared by someone from the other room on that landing which is used as a guest room (i. e. not let). Located in Rotherhithe. 5 mins walk to the Double Tree Hotel ferry to Canary Wharf. 15 mins walk to Canada Water Underground Station & Rotherhithe Bus Station. Surrey Quays Shopping Centre (Tesco) is adjacent to Canada Water station. Bus stop for 381 (Waterloo ~30 mins, Surrey Quays shopping centre ~10 mins) and C10 a couple of minutes from house.
