I am a tenant currently renting the property shown in these pictures wich I currently share with one other person.
Right now I am looking for someone (or couple) who is interested in sharing a flat around this area starting March 1st 2020.
-About the area (you can read from an original source here: royalwharf. com) but here's my brief description:
The area is under development with new flats becoming available to rent every few months. Overall the area is very quiet, secure (as we have private security walking around at all time) and very clean.
There are quite a few facilities around us with more planned in the near future. Currently you will find a local Sainsburys store less than 5 minutes walking from any of the buildings, a concierge, starbucks cafe, DLR station "Pontom Dock", pharmacy, nails saloon and a clubhouse (includes gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna) shared between the tenants of any of the buildings of Royal Wharf (available through a sign up fee of less than £50). Planned for the future is a small pub, GP, hairdresser and two or three caffes.

I am a 23, male, straight, Portuguese that loves running, reading and listening to music. I am looking for a quiet place to go to after work. I work as a software engineer in Central London.
