Large double room in two bed flat

I have just recently moved into the flat with my mate but looking to move out as I have been offered a job outside of London. The room is pretty big with a large built-in wardrobe and a decent little balcony.

You would be sharing with a Hungarian professional working in the civil service. Social flat but also relaxed during the week due to work etc.

When we moved the landlord and estate agent had refurbished the flat completely so the bathroom is brand new, the kitchen has all brand new appliances etc.

The flat is in a new development and just a five minute walk from the Royal Docks where you have a wakeboarding park, decent restaurants, the excel centre and the dock itself.
