Double room with private bathroom

Please note: pics are from last time I posted, I will update shortly, and there is some flexibility on move in date.

The Location:

The flat is located on the south side of Royal Victoria Dock, overlooking the dock itself. It is a top floor penthouse, so the views and light are amazing.

In terms of local amenities, there are bars and restaurants, open water swimming, waterskiing and Barrier Park all within walking distance - happy to show you round the area! For transport, there is West Silvertown/Pontoon Dock/Custom House are all on DLR (one stop to Canning Town for Jubilee line). Custom House is on the Elizabeth line (1 stop to Canary Wharf, 3 to Liverpool Street, 5 to Tottenham Court Road). There is also the Emirates skyline to take you to North Greenwich, and a recently opened stop for the riverboat.

The Flat:

The flat is a top floor penthouse with double height ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows throughout. There are two bedrooms, one of which is en suite, so you would have sole use of the main bathroom. There is a large lounge area, with open plan kitchen, an office (though this is currently used by myself 4 days a week), and a large balcony across the two external sides of the property. The building has a concierge.

The Room:

The room available is a very light and open double, with floor to ceiling windows and views out over the Dock. The room is furnished, and has a built in wardrobe. There is a small desk
And shelving. The room would have sole use of the main bathroom, which is very large, with a bath and shower over.

The flatmate:

You would be sharing with me. I am a 40 year old, gay man, working in finance for a large publishers.

In my spare time, I can be a bit of a nerd, enjoying Playstation and movies, but also love to travel (have lived in the US and Singapore and travelled extensively) and love to see friends for dinner, drinks or theatre. I keep an exercise bench and dumbells in lounge, which you would be welcome to use.

Ideally looking for a friendly, but not crazy house. I like my own space, as well as enjoying being social with flat mates.
