Saldy I’m moving back to my home country and I’m leaving my flat in London. The place is located in Royal Victoria Docks (E16).

I’ll be moving out the first week of May (if needed I could do it earlier). The tenancy is £728 + £100 bills. Deposit is £900.

The flat is a penthouse sharing with other 3 lovely people. Bobby (teacher) and his girlfriend Abbie (vet nurse) and Mabs (tech sales).

The room is on the second floor and there is a bathroom that you’ll share with Mabs. Abbie and Bobby have an en-suite room on the second floor too. There is a toilet downstairs mainly used by Mabs, so you’ll have to share only the shower.

I will also leave the furniture in the bathroom and room.

The flat is 30s from Royal Victoria DLR station, 2 min far from the Cable Car and 5 mins from Custom House (Elizabeth Line).

There is a Tesco just downstairs and a 10 min walk from Morrisons.

The flat also has a gorgeous balcony!

Ideally looking for a professional aged 24-30ish.
