Anna is a social care worker, Rashi and Shashank (a couple) working in Advertising and Media.
The house has a storage room, kitchen and a huge common space with a balcony that overlooks the Thames Barrier. The bathroom will be shared between the new tenant and Anna. The house is fully furnished and the room has basic furnitures for new tenant.
Water and Gas are included in the bill. Council tax is 62£per person, Wi-Fi is 13£per person and Electricity is based on consumption but maximum is 30£per person.
The building has loads of amenities, such as 24/7 concierge, parking space, gym, sauna and conference room for people who WFH and need a change of scenery.
The house is well connected with Bus stops and a 5minute walk to the DLR, Pontoon Dock, 15mins walk to Custom House station and two stops away from Canning Town so door to door, easy to reach Central London. It’s a quite residential area, with Nisa and Sainsbury nearby. Loads of pub options and great breakfast/lunch/dinner places.
A little about us: We all did our Masters together back in 2021 and have stayed friends ever since. We’re clean and hygienic people who’d prefer a person of the same mindset. Love winding down together after a long day at work and chatting in the common space, catching up.
