Looking for a someone to share this beautiful modern 2-bed apartment in Royal Victoria/Custom House, just 20 mins to Tottenham Court Road. Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR Lines just a few mins walk away.

The room is available for £850 including water and WiFi but excluding electricity and council tax. Electricity is usually around £50-60 per person each month.
Deposit - this will be between 1-2 months rent but we can confirm with the landlord if you are interested!

The apartment is fully furnished and has:

- Spacious shared living area complete with: flat screen TV (Netflix subscription included), bookshelf, large sofa bed with extra shared storage space, large sliding door with amazing view of the river, ExCel, and Custom House area.
- Open-plan dining area with four chairs
- Large additional shared shoe cupboard

- Modern fitted kitchen with appliances: kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, oven.
- Double room with fitted wardrobes, bed, coat hanger, chest of drawers, bedside table, blinds, book shelves.
- Larger double bedroom with en-suite (my flatmate’s - currently occupied)
- Large shared bathroom with: bathtub, long cupboard, two smaller storage cupboards.

The building itself has:

- Gym exclusively for our building

- Lovely Alex - our concierge available 5 days a week

About the area:

Western Gateway is perfectly located on the waterfront of the Royal Victoria Docks, close to London City Airport.
The nearest tube stations are Custom House (Elizabeth Line) and Royal Victoria (DLR), both are a 3-4 min walk from the flat. It takes 2 mins on the DLR to Canning Town (Jubilee Line), or you can walk to Canning Town station in 10 mins. We also have the Emirates Airline on the same road, so you can easily go to North Greenwich.

Local shops/amenities:

Local amenities include a NISA Local directly downstairs, Tesco express 2 mins walk away, Lebanese, Pizza, Grill Houses, food trucks and other restaurants on the waterfront, ATM, coffee shops, beauty salon (hair and nails), dry cleaners, Crowne Plaza, Ibis, Novotel, Good Hotel, ExCel - always has exhibitions on so it is a buzzing area with lots to explore, and the O2 arena is very close. There is also Quad Club & Spa next door to the apartment - affordable prices for membership and is great if you want to unwind in a sauna/steam room after the gym or a swimming session.

Other shops, bars, restaurants, and facilities (Morrisons, Superdrug etc.) can be found in nearby Canning Town and Canary Wharf.

I’m looking for someone easygoing and interested in having more of a social, friendly flat but also respectful of others' space and time. I'm clean and sociable and enjoy cooking every now and then.
