My flatmate is moving out by mid-December and so I’m looking for someone to replace her tenancy. The preferred tenancy length is 6 months (not a requirement) and to start on the 22nd of December, but this can be discussed during viewings. The move in date can be done earlier, if necessary.

The room comes with a newly renovated bathroom and is spacious with a double bed, a study desk, a dresser and a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment itself has a living room with a dining area and a kitchen.
The apartment building also comes with a gym in the basement, free for all tenants to use. There is also a concierge that can help you receive parcels.
The apartment is less than a 2-minute walk from the Pontoon Dock DLR station, which goes through Canning Town, Bank, Canary Wharf and Stratford (for the major tube lines). You can get to Bank in about 20 minutes.
Custom House Elizabeth station is also nearby - a 10-minute bus ride including the walk to the bus stop.
There is also a lovely park just next door with a cafe, an Asian supermarket just downstairs, and Sainsbury’s local about a 5-minute walk away. Other shops include a pharmacy, a dry cleaner, a pottery studio and a nail bar. There is a clinic within the area, less than a 5-minute walk as well.
Rent breakdown
The rent is 1100 per month, excluding bills.
Bills for the internet, gas, electricity and water come up to approximately £80 but can fluctuate depending on the season.
Council tax is £105.50 and is paid monthly.
