- You’ll share a spacious bathroom with one other person (the third housemate has an ensuite).

- Cleaner included in the rent, and we keep things tidy in between.
- A Virgin Pure water system – filtered drinking and cooking water for health-conscious folks. The bathroom shower also has a purifying filter.

- High-speed Wi-Fi, ideal if you work from home part of the week.
- TV subscriptions include Disney+, Hayu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Discovery+, Sky Entertainment, and Sky Cinema
- Access to a Nintendo Switch and PS5 for solo or co-op gaming
- Bonus: We’re currently automating the house, so if you love gadgets and smart home tech, you’ll feel right at home here!

We’re two professionals – a 32-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man. We’re not a couple, just great friends who enjoy a warm, welcoming vibe in our home.
- We’re clean, respectful, and love spending time together but also appreciate personal space.
- We’re pretty active! Our interests include gym, swimming, hiking, brunches, activities, and the occasional bit of travel.
- We enjoy social evenings where we can cook together, watch TV, order takeout, play video games, or just hang out – but we also respect personal space and quiet time.
