Hi girls! I’m looking for a new flatmate to a 2 bedroom flat available from the 27th of January🤍

About the flat:
It’s a huge two floor flat in the Royal Docks. The second floor has two bedrooms (yours is a big en-suite with huge windows) and one additional big bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor is an open space living room with a kitchen, an additional space that is perfect for wfh and there’s also a big balcony with a nice view and another toilet (yes, three toilets in total, very useful😌).

The building has also a concierge and a nice free gym only for residents!

Nearest tube stations - Custom House(Elisabeth line) and Royal Victoria(DLR) 2 mins away, Canning Town(Jubilee line, DLR) 15 mins away.

About me:
I’m a 25yo visual artist, love both cute chatty evenings in the living room, shared cooking and movie nights but also my own self time🫶🏽 Also I do travel almost every month, so the flat will often be just for you💕

About you:
Anyone who is willing to solve issues by respectful talking and LGBTQ+ friendly

Important info:
The room is 1350 not including bills - bills come
around 40-100
(Ye I also cry about London rent prices but you do get what you pay for here - genially a lot of space, sharing with just one (amazing) flatmate and great commute anywhere in London, also gym lol)

For me the most important is to find someone I vibe with so we can create a respectful and lovely household🤍
