The room is a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom (not shared). The flat features full-length windows throughout, providing excellent natural light. Please check the floorplan – the two bedrooms are well separated for privacy. You’ll be sharing the flat with a female working professional who is quiet and tidy. The area is peaceful, and the neighbours are friendly, no crime!!

Within a 1-minute walk, there are three groceries (Sainsbury’s, a Chinese supermarket, and a Russian shop), a gym, and a variety of restaurants (Bar, Chinese, Korean, fish&chips…). The area is quiet, safe, and perfect for students or professionals.

Rent: £1200 pcm (negotiable)
Available: Early-July to mid-September or mid-October
Flexible date – ideally looking for someone who can stay the full period (minimum 1 month). Shorter stays not preferred.
