Hey! I am a former flatmate, looking for someone to take over my contract (available for 6 weeks from 05/12/2025 till 16/01/2026), and there’s also an option to renew the contract with City rooms agency if you want to stay longer.

It’s a clean, spacious- modern ensuite double room in Dockland with great connectivity and local amenities. just a 5-minute walk from Gallions Reach DLR, next to the UEL dockland university. Bus station is literally beside the building and the local shop is next to the building.

The current rent I’m paying is £265/week which is monthly £1148/- including bills( Except Gas and electricity subject to usage but paying £65/month). So total rent you would pay for an ensuit double room will be £1213/month with all bills included.
