Hello! A large, bright en-suite room is available in our lovely 3-person flat in a fantastic riverside development, and we're looking for a new housemate to complete our home.

* Your own private en-suite bathroomwith a shower.
* Comes fully-furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, two bedside tables, a small table, and shelves.
About Our Flat & Building:
* The Flat: We have a cozy, shared living room and a fully-equipped modern kitchen with an induction stove. We have a lovely balcony overlooking the Thames Barrier Park.
* The Building: There’s fantastic amenities including a 24-hour gym and a helpful concierge service.
* Location:
* Just a 2-5 minute walk from Pontoon Dock DLR station.
* The area is safe, quiet, and well-connected. It's only one stop from London City Airport and a 20-25 minute walk (or a quick DLR hop) to ExCeL Centre and Custom House for the Elizabeth Line.
* You'll find a Sainsbury's Local a 5-10 minute walk away, plus plenty of small shops and cafés.
Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a new flatmate who:
* Is a working professional. We work in the office mostly and would like someone who shares this working pattern.
* Is a genuine and enthusiastic LGBTQ+ ally. We are a queer household, so this is essential. We would be especially delighted to hear from fellow queer people!
* Is respectful, clean, and keen to be part of a friendly household.
The Practical Info:
* Move-in Date: From 7th December, with flexibility until 22nd December.
* Viewings: We are holding in-person viewings on Friday, 21st November.
* The Contract: You would be signing a new contract directly with the agency, who will require a reference check.
* Bills (Monthly Estimate):
* Wi-Fi: ~£35
* Heating: ~£55
* Electricity: ~£55
* Council Tax (Newham Band E): ~£189
* Thames Water: ~£170 (paid every 3 months)
