I’m looking for someone to take a lovely ensuite room in my fully furnished 2-bed flat from beginning of December to beginning/mid March. The place is modern, clean, fully equipped and super homey.

About the room:

• Super king bed (crazy comfy!)
• Your own private ensuite
• Large private balcony
• Desk for working from home
• Loads of storage space
• Fully furnished – just bring your suitcase

The flat:

• New, modern building with a nice open-plan living area
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
• Fully furnished including Smart TV, all appliances (still need to add an air fryer tbf) and washer/dryer
• All bills included
• Easy transport links: 5 minute walk to DLR and 12 minute walk to Custom House (Lizzie Line)
• Close to the Royal Docks, shops, cafés, and riverside walks

James, who you’ll be staying with, is in his early 20s and works in IT. He works from home 1 or 2 days a week and is an all round gem. Loves a laugh and doesn’t mind having a cheeky pint or glass of red or staying in and watching movies or series together. One of the most open and understanding people we’ve ever stayed with. In his spare time, he’ll probably be listening to music, going to live shows, cooking up a storm, visiting friends and family or globetrotting!
