You’ll be sharing with my husband, we are looking for a male tenant.
You’ll have exclusive use of your own bathroom.
Please note: items shown in the photos are not included, however the room will be furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
We’re ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
Due to affordability requirements, the occupant will need to earn a minimum of £30,000 per year.
