I work standard office hours 5 days a week and am a very chill, considerate, and easy-to-live-with person. I value a harmonious home and believe in clear communication and mutual respect. About the Flat:
You'll be moving into a bright and modern 3-bedroom apartment with excellent amenities.

· Your Room: Two available large double bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Ready to move in.

· Living Space: We have a very large, bright living room and a peaceful balcony – perfect for relaxing or working from home.

Financial Details - Per Room:

· Rent: £975/950 per month.（depend on size of room)
· Bills: NOT INCLUDED in the rent. An additional £120 - £150 per month will be required to cover all utilities and Council Tax.
