I’ve been living in this lovely cosy room for the past few months and have absolutely loved it - especially the amazing location. The Royal Victoria Dock waterfront is literally a few seconds away, and the Thames River is less than a 20‑minute walk. I especially love going for runs around the area - it’s so peaceful and refreshing.

I’m moving back to my home country for a few months, so I’m helping the landlord find a replacement tenant. The tenancy agreement will be directly with the owner, who is very friendly and responsive.

The area is also extremely well connected to Central London - with regular DLR, Jubilee Line and Elizabeth Line links making travel quick and easy.

O2 Arena / North Greenwich: ~15 mins via free Bus 129

ExCeL London: ~10 mins away

Canary Wharf: ~10 mins via DLR

University of East London (UEL): It has very comfortable access - within 20 minutes including walk and DLR travel, and there’s also a free Bus 129 service (~30 mins) to the campus.
