I'm a female working professional in FinTech who graduated from a UK business school.

I enjoy having a home that's clean, peaceful and well looked after, while also valuing personal space and independence. At the same time, I think it's nice to have the occasional chat over dinner or coffee, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys a balance between having their own life and being friendly with their flatmate.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active. I go to the gym regularly, like trying new sports (currently badminton), enjoy reading, and love exploring restaurants and different cuisines around London.

🧹 House Standards

This home would suit someone who naturally enjoys keeping shared spaces clean and organised.

That includes:

• Cleaning the kitchen immediately after cooking

• Not leaving dirty dishes or food in the sink overnight

• Keeping communal areas free from clutter and personal belongings

• Taking the rubbish out regularly (usually every 2–3 days)

• Sharing the weekly cleaning of communal areas (for example, mopping the floors)

• Quiet after 11:00 pm

• Overnight guests are absolutely welcome in moderation, ideally up to approximately one week per month
