We're two 28 y/o friends in tech (a senior software engineer and a product designer, both hybrid) looking for a third - our lovely old flatmate is moving on, so there's a space to fill. The two of us are friends and flatmates, not a couple. This is a proper three-person share. We're after a friend, not just someone who pays their share of the rent!

We like to keep the house super duper clean and tidy, and would expect the same going forward.

The commute is unfairly good. We just need the right person to make it a proper home again.
