Lovely large En-suite room in a sunny flat ☀️

Hi all 👋🏼

My lovely flatmate is sadly leaving London, so I am looking for someone to take her place in our lovely and sunny flat in Royal wharf right next to the river!

The room is a fantastic sized double room with an en-suite bathroom and loads of storage with two wardrobes. The room comes with a bed and wardrobes, but my flatmate is selling her stuff so there’s a possibility to buy furniture of her for cheap.

The flat is also a great sized and has plenty of space to host dinners, movie nights and just enjoy and relax at the balcony. 🪴 Kitchen is well stocked with , dishwasher, large fridge/frezer, microwave, washing machine and oven.

The building is secure with two points of entry with a key fob and the area is fully gated around , there is a concierge, a lift, a gym to use for free, a sauna and even parking.

The are is really calm, clean and next door we have a lovely park. There are cafes, shops , Gp, pharmacy ext just 10min walk away.
Closest off licence is 3min away and the DLR and bus stations are 5 min away .

I am looking for someone tidy, respectful, and someone who likes to spend time at home and enjoys a nice home ✨
I spend quite a bit of time at home as I am unemployed and do some dog sitting sometimes, so please keep that in mind :)

PS.
I am planing to move out of London as well at the start of December so will need to find a replacement for myself as well soon after the move in date. But not to worry I will do all that :) just want to be transparent.
