Have a room to rent in my two bedroom flat in the Royal Wharf development. It is a double room and opposite is the flat's main bathroom which will be predominantly for this person.
Bills are included (within reason) and I would consider couples for £1600 per month.
The flat has sky broadband and TV and I am just finishing off the furnishings for the rest of the flat. There is a lovely balcony and it is near to the Barrier Park (not too far from the Thames either!). The flat has its own dishwasher and washing machine/tumbledryer.
Looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy (as the kitchen and living room is shared) and preferably someone who doesnt just stay in their room. I am very into my fitness (CrossFit athlete and Lacrosse Player) so added bonus if you are into your Sports!
