I am renting a beautiful Maxi room in a nice flatshare in Royal Oak / Little venice / Nothing hill in an amazing location

the monthly Price is £970 And includes all the bills (WIFI, Council Tax, water) except the electricity bill that will be split across flatmates. Electric bill depends on consumption and goes from 20 each to 70-80 in winter but again it depends on electric consumption.

The flat is located in Alfred Road just over Harrow Road (W2) one minute walk from westminster academy and just in from the harbour club

You will share the flat with 2 others young professionals, from Italy and from Moldavia 25-35

About the area.... it is located in a very well-linked area with walk-able tube stations: Royal Oak Tube station (hammersmith and city), Warwick Avenue (backerloo) Bayswater (central) westbourne park, and paddington (train station)
there are several bus (18,36 etc) and it is just 10 minutes walk from notthing hill and portobello market

if you have the car, there are parking spaces available for residents (you will need to get parking permit from Westminster council, enquiry with them about the conditions if this is relevant to you)
