Double room available now up to mid November

Hi! I’m subletting my lovely double room in one of the most central and cute neighbourhoods of London, close to Notting Hill, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery shops, gyms and anything you need around! 4 mins walk to Hammersmith & City line, 10 mins walk to Central Line & Hyde Park!
Available immediately up to mid November but I’m flexible with dates!
The room is £1050, bills are included except for water, council tax and electricity which currently are around £70/month (all together).
You will have to pass a simple credit check and place a deposit for £1050 which can go under DPS.
The flatmates are super nice and friendly, working hybrid, they like socialising but also everyone is very respectful of the space and quiet in the house.
