Double room in Royal Oak

I am looking for someone to take over my double room in Royal Oak from 20 October. You would be living in a lively and friendly flat share with 3 others (2 male and 1 female). Everybody gets along well, and we enjoy catching up in the evenings after work and occasioanlly socialise out as a group, but of course we also respect each other's space and privacy. It is available to both professionals and students. Bills, which are not included in the rent, come to about £90 a month per person.

The flat is very conveniently located, just a 3 minute walk to Royal Oak tube station (Circle and Hammersmith and City lines). Bayswater and Paddington are 15 and 20 minutes away respectively. There are plenty of local amenities, including a library and gym just around the corner, and several supermarkets and cafés are within close walking distance.

The room itself is an en suite, and the bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The bed is HUGE and there is tons of storage space. You would be sharing the kitchen and small dining area with the other flatmates.
