Double room in Royal Oak

I am looking for someone to take over my double room in Royal Oak from 20 October. You would be living in a lively and friendly flat share with 3 others (2 male and 1 female). Everybody gets along well, and we enjoy catching up in the evenings after work and occasioanlly socialise out as a group, but of course we also respect each other's space and privacy. It is available to both professionals and students. Bills, including council tax, come to about £90 a month per person (we're in council tax band E).

The flat is very conveniently located, just a 3 minute walk to Royal Oak tube station (Circle and Hammersmith and City lines). Bayswater and Paddington are 15 and 20 minutes walking distance away respectively. There are plenty of local amenities, including a library and gym just around the corner, and several supermarkets and cafés are within close walking distance.

The room itself is an en suite, and the bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The bed is HUGE and there is tons of storage space. You would be sharing the kitchen and small dining area with the other flatmates.
