The flat has two double bedrooms, a comfortable open-plan kitchen/living area, a shared bathroom, and access to a lovely communal garden, perfect for relaxing. Waitrose is just around the corner, along with all the shops, cafés, and restaurants of Queensway.

I’ve recently moved to Spain for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room and join my flatmate Alex. He’s a young professional working as a Machine Learning Engineer in the City, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. He’s generally quite relaxed but also up for a chat or a pint now and then.

The contract runs until the 22nd of September, and the new tenant would need to meet standard referencing requirements, including a minimum salary of £35k.
