Room in a sunny flat

Hello!
My housemates are looking for someone to replace me in our friendly West London duplex flat, walking distance from Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Lots of transport links available (bus, tube etc) within 5-12 minutes walking distance, and a big supermarket next door.
The place is available from mid/end October (to confirm after getting to know you).

You'll be sharing the flat with two wonderful, warm human beings, in the creative and tech industry. We're looking for a third to join as one of us is moving. We're very friendly, and always welcome a chat but also respect each others privacy.

We'd like someone who is very clean, considerate, responsible and friendly, and works from the office a few times a week. This house is a home for us, and we'd want for you to treat this the same way.

The room is furnished, ready for you to move in. It has a bed and cupboards with huge windows that make the room very bright even on the most overcast of days!

Bills come up to 100-150£ per month depending on usage.
