Stunning 2 Bed 2 Bath Home near Paddington!

Hey Everyone!

I am taking the leap and moving in with my boyfriend, which sadly means I need to leave my lovely hosuemate and my stunning 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in an amazing terrace house

So you want to know more?....

The house - the room up for grabs is a double with plenty of storage with ensuite bathroom complete with shower and bath! We have a good sized kitchen, lounge room and a suntrap of a court yard which is finally getting the sun.

Maryam - will be your lovely bubbly Scottish housemate. She is very sweet and a considerate housemate to share a home with.

The area - despite what google says its about an 8min walk to Paddington station, 10 to Queensway tube, 9 minute walk to Bayswater tube and 2 minutes away from Royal Oak tube so we are amazingly well connected. There is a lovely little garden on our street and we are a short walk to Hyde park. There is a waitrose and a few little restaurants / pub right at the end of the street and we are in ambling distance to Notting Hill if you fancy a bit more variety

You - We are looking for an easy going, considerate professional to join Maryam.

I will be holding viewings Thursday 24th of July, with a view that you will move in on the 10th of August. Though there may be some flexibility for you to move in a bit earlier.
