Hi - I am letting my room out at a great location in W2 area, 3min walk from Royal Oak Station and right by Notting Hill from 22nd 28th December.
I can be flexible with dates if needed.
The flat is shared with 3 other guys 2 from Aus and 1 Kiwi, everyone is really friendly and social.
If you want to stay for that week it will be £160 including all bills, Internet, rates etc! We can work something out if you need to adjust dates.
The location is very close to Warwick Avenue (bakerloo line) Bayswater (district and circle) Queensway (central line) and Paddington station, close to great restaurants, Hyde park, Portobello road, Little Venice and other delights of the west.
