My boyfriend and I are looking for a Monday to Friday lodger (long term). The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, one used as an office as Andy works from home 2/3 days per week.
We have a large double room to offer which includes a double bed, dressing table, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage.
The rental cost is £800 PCM for Monday-Friday rental. All utility bills are included along with a number of household goods which I supply. A cleaner comes in once a week which is also included in the rent.
The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Queensway high street and there is a choice of 3 tube stations to chose from, Royal Oak, Bayswater & Queensway. 15 minute walk to Paddington.
We are looking for a quiet, tidy, considerate lodger.
