One Large Double Room on First Floor (£825 for a single).

Both the rooms are fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and desk.

ALL BILLS are included along with a bi-weekly cleaner who keeps the communal areas clean.

You will be sharing with other very friendly professionals from the UK, Italy and Australia.

This house has a large kitchen with two fridges, two freezers, utensils and lots of storage space.

There are two clean and spacious bathrooms.

Please note there is no communal living room.

The house is located in a quiet close in the lovely Warwick Avenue area and almost opposite the canal. You can walk to Edgware Road, Little Venice or Warwick Avenue neighbourhoods which all have lovely restaurants, shops, cafes, fitness/gym.

Only 7 min walk from 2 tube stations:
Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo line) and
Royal Oak (Circle/Hammersmith & City line)
