Hello, I’m Rory - 26 year old (he/him) looking for a flatmate in Peckham.

A little bit about me:

I work full-time as a nanny and in my free time enjoy reading, cooking, meditation, going to art galleries and also making art myself. Looking for a flatmate who is pretty chill, tidy and ideally has a relatively regular work schedule.

A little bit about the flat and the room

A lovely flat located on Rye Lane. As you can see from the pics the living room is really spacious and gets lots of natural light during the day. The room for rent is the bigger room in the flat, again with two big windows and lots of natural light, and so much storage space!

It is located very conveniently: 3 min walk from Peckham Rye train station (overground trains to Canada Water, Dalston, London Bridge, Clapham Junction, and Victoria), 8 min walk to big Lidl and big Morrisons and 6/7 min walk to Peckham Rye park.

There is a £300 fee for the new tenant so that the guarantor on the tenancy contract can be changed (the current tenant’s guarantor is understandably not comfortable with the tenant subletting unless the guarantor is changed). Please message to arrange a viewing!
