I am looking for a professional/Student Female to move into our lovely 3 bedroom apartment right in Sands End. We are looking for someone to join the house socially but also enjoys their privacy.

Pre COVID we enjoyed going out, hosting friends and keeping healthy.

We also have our own business so will not be at home that much from the 12th.

Bedroom is located on the lower level with Bathroom just outside and only my daughter really uses this bathroom,

There is a big Sainsburys at the end of the road which is perfect for all shopping.

Two great parks within 10 minutes walking distance

The River is a 5 minute. walk.

One of the best local independent pubs in London which is 5 minutes walk away.

Double room with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, room is very spacious and captures the Sun in the afternoon. Also has patio doors which really brighten the room.

Second bathroom also but en-suite for my bedroom,

Large living room with dining table and Sofa and TV with Firestick/Freeview
