Light double room in gorgeous flat with garden

I’m looking for a relaxed, fun housemate to join me in my bright, well-kept modern garden flat just by the river. I would want someone with their own life, but it would be nice to find someone to have a drink or night out with too.

The bedroom is painted in light grey, and a new carpet has been fitted. Double wardrobe. Large mirror over fireplace. Own private light-well accessed from double doors with small table and chair outside if you want to smoke out there.

It’s a short walk to either Imperial Wharf or Wandsworth Town rail stations, and either a 10 or 15 minute bus journey to Fulham Broadway or Earl’s Court tubes respectively. River boat services are also available to the city from Imperial Wharf. By a large supermarket. Thames Path one minute away.

My new flatmate must like cats as a neighbourhood cat visits often! I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, and considerate of others when coming home late etc.

The flat is warm and welcoming as well as clean and tidy. Washing machine, sky tv and broadband all included. Shared fridge and freezer. I smoke and do so by the back door or in the garden.
