Really looking for someone willing to take care of the flat as their own (I don’t want to be the only one keeping it clean). I don’t mind someone that goes out, as long as they don’t bring the party back with them.
* Must be an animal lover (as I have a very friendly cat) someone who can be mindful of keeping outside doors and windows closed would be great!
*The rent may increase in November 2-5% as agreed in original lease. The increase will be split between us.
