I am looking for a social housemate who would enjoy the occasional drink, house dinner, and movie. Also someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful. Really looking for someone willing to take care of the flat as their own (I don’t want to be the only one keeping it clean). I don’t mind someone that goes out, as long as they don’t bring the party back with them.

* Must be an animal lover (as I have a very friendly cat) someone who can be mindful of keeping outside doors and windows closed would be great!

*The rent may increase in November 2-5% as agreed in original lease. The increase will be split between us.
