Double Room in Imperial Wharf

Currently 3 of us living in 3 bed converted terrace-house apartment. Our flat mate is moving out to go travelling and so we are looking for a new person to come in. At moment it is 2 males and 1 female with the girl moving out. We are looking to fill room with a girl preferably as to keep the house balance the same. We are very chilled people; gym, work are main activities but we do like to socialise as well. Looking for someone who is similar.

We are a 2 min walk from Imperial Wharf Station with great amenities really close by (supermarkets, pubs, gyms etc.).

Room is available from 26/5/24. Bills usually amount to around £100 each including council tax each month.
