Hello!
Our lovely housemate is moving in with her partner, leaving us to navigate the world of horrendous dating apps ourselves. Luckily, we have each other to discuss failed date stories with and wine always helps us too! We are looking for someone to join our friendly, considerate and chilled atmosphere!
We are both in our early thirties and met through Spare Room when Anna moved in last year. Anette works in HR/ communications (a transponster) and splits her week hybrid working, and Anna is a Sign Language Interpreter working mostly in the city and very rarely remotely. Sometimes, we are like passing ships in the night, due to both having our independent busy schedules, but we do love to factor in time for our local pub quiz together, comedy nights, catchups, movie nights in or some spontaneous nights out. Looking for someone who will slot right in!
Pros
Location is really great - right by the river for walks/runs/cycling, or yoga in the park (we say we’re into yoga but basically just own mats). Super safe area. On street permit parking if you drive. Within walking distance to Fulham and Parsons Green, with bars, pubs, shops, restaurants. Walk or Bus easily to Clapham, Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham, Hammersmith, Wandsworth.
Imperial Wharf Overground station - 6 min walk
Fulham Broadway Underground Station - 15 min walk
Chelsea Harbour - 6 min walk (Uber boats to central)
Bus stop at the end of our street.
Local Tesco - 6 min walk
Big Sainsbury’s - 10 min walk.
Price - great price considering the location!

Things to consider
The double room is small - but you have sole use of external storage unit and chest of drawers outside the room.
The entire flat is small/cosy - but is perfect if you want a place to call home whilst still wanting to save.
The kitchen is dated (looks like it’s from the 1960’s!) But we have all the mod cons in there!
We’d ideally choose somebody who is happy to purchase furnishings in the room as it was originally unfurnished last year.
Bed, Mattress (memory foam, new last year) and Chest of Drawer set : 300.
Rent - 585 + Bills split 3 ways.

Wine, candles, house plants, banter, kind people, no psychos, cool people, exploring London, coffee shops, travel, skiing, beautiful countries, hikes, bikes… conversation… oh and we both are obsessed with Christmas.
