Your Dream Room In Fulham!

3 to 6 month sublet from mid August as I am moving abroad before the end of my lease

Possibility to extend from end or Janurary 2025 onwards if you like :) - One month notice if you wish to do so or not

Poseter and decoration will be removed - bed and desk are staying (more furnitures too if you want, we can arrange!)

I've stayed in this beautiful and incredibly affordable flat for a year and a half and will trully miss it: price is 900 pounds a month including all bills, wifi and a cleaner coming twice a month (that I will continue handling)

Flat share of STEM background former PhD students, super cool and cosy vibe (2 males aged 25 and 30, I am a lady and was flat sharing with them, they are great!)
We like to chill together when we can (climbing, cinema, diners,...)

PS: we have a piano if you play
