Luxury river view apartment - En-suite

Luxury river view apartment, 2 bed 2 bath in imperial wharf, double room available with own bathroom with shower and storage space.
Large open plan living room, 2 seperate sofas, dining table and immaculate kitchen with new washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen amenities included. I am looking for a male/female professional aged 25 to 50 who works predominantly office based. I am a personal trainer based in a local private members health club. I work 7am to midday then usually return home or participate in a class till I return to work for evening sessions 5pm to 7pm most days. During the week I cook around 8pm and sleep by 10ish and tend to save my going out and socialising to the weekends. I ideally want someone clean, tidy and respectful of each others private space but also would enjoy the odd Netflix together/ go for a meal and gym buddy with an interest in health and fitness. There is a resident gym included.
