Lovely double room in Sands End

Hi! I am the former flatmate and i am looking for someone to replace my room the sooner the better. (looking to move out Oct 1st) I am sadly moving out because i lost my 2nd source of income out of nowhere and can no longer afford the london life. I love love loved living in this house.

If you’re all about the cozy vibes, seasonal decor, fireplace and a cute cat - this is the place for you 🍁 you’ll be living with Tori, a lovely and caring girl and her cute cat Rosie 🐈 Tori is lovely and loves to cook, and read, she has been the best roommate i’ve ever had, so quiet & very clean, overall respectful, but also such a good laugh & fun person to be around to socialise with. ✨

The room has great storage, the bed lifts up to under storage, and there is TONS of wardrobe space (even if you have lots of clothes there is still so much!) i fit all my things and extra storage for large items like suitcases. 🧳 Everything pictured is included except for the bed sheets & duvet. You will have the mattress, mattress topper, & new pillows. The wardrobe is built-in so that’ll be yours obviously, the side desk & the lamp & the hamper too is all yours. 🫶

The house has 2 bathrooms, and the bedrooms are on either side so it feels very comfortable in your own space. the living room is very nice and bright, and the kitchen has good space for 2 people. 🍳

We also have a garden space, with a sofa, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace - perfect to have friends over in the summer ☀️
The apartment is in a quiet street, with a 5 minute walk to the big sainsbury’s. 🛒

The flat comes with the TV (netflix, E4, i iplayer, etc) and also comes with high fibre internet. I work from home mostly and never had any problems with it - it’s very fast 🛜

You will also be a 1 minute walk away from bus stops, 5/10 mins from Imperial Wharf station, and about 15 mins walk to Fulham Broadway. It’s perfect if you commute to central. You can also take a 5 minute walk to the riverside, and take an uber boat! ⛴️ There is also plenty of space for car parking outside the house if you have a car 🚗

We will be hosting viewings all week this week, and ideally would like to have someone to move in October 1st, but fairly flexible on working something out for everyone involved 🙏

The rent is £1200 a month, and the bills range to about £125-£170 (the higher side being during winter)
