Looking for a flexible tenant who doesn’t spend all their time in London but needs a base for work, no work from home.

The owner is a women in her 60s and lives at the house but spends a fair amount of time away and one other tenant who is a 30 year old women who spends 2 nights a week at the house mid week.

- King sized bed (bedding and towels available if needed)
- Lots of wardrobe space
- Bathroom with bath/ shower
- Cleaner and laundry service can be discussed

The room is available Monday - Friday (if there are certain weekends needed then this can be discussed).

Price varies on the amount of time spent at the house

Availability: immediately, flexible rolling contract, 6 weeks notice if leaving.
