I am looking for someone to take over the lease from the current flatmate who is moving home. Ideal move in date would be the 1st of July.

Fab location especially coming into summer, we are a walk across the road to the river, close to Parsons Green, Wandsworth Bridge Road and the Kings Road.

Transport wise, its a 7 min walk to Imperial Wharf station, 12 mins to Fulham Broadway and a 3 min walk to the bus (C3) which will take you to Clapham / Earls Court. The flat is close to the big Sainsburys in Fulham.

The bedroom is at the front of the flat, and we have a gorg renovated bathroom, seperate kitchen/living spaces and a lovely outdoor terrace. The landlord is very friendly and responsive.

You'll be sharing with myself, I am 31 years old, and I'm an Australian long haul flight attendant based out of Heathrow, and I also teach reformer pilates on the side. I love a calm, and clean home, I love running along the river, going to the pubs when its gorg weather, and usually walking to Chelsea on the weekends! I currently share with my best friend who is sadly moving out of London

The bed, mattress and bedside table is currently owned by the current flatmate, however is available to buy for 200.
